Labor law regulates the relations between employees and employers and between themselves and the state. It’ s purpose is to ensure the protection of labor by the state and the employer authority and to organize the relations between labor and capital. The issues arising from the terms of employment contracts, working conditions and wages, are subject to special legal treatment.
