The legal action of the public administration is manifested mainly by bilateral legal acts (contracts). Law 4412/2016 established the framework for the execution of public contracts, which are concluded by the Greek State and its Legal Entities, as the Contracting Authority, following a public tender or by direct assignment or in another way provided for by law, with economic candidates entities (businesses or individuals) with the aim of supplying, providing services or preparing studies for these entities.

Our office provides legal coverage both during the stage of the tender process that precedes the conclusion of the public contract, and during the stage of its execution. We provide the interested economic entity with legal advice for the issuance and submission of the correct supporting documents and for issues that arise during the drafting of the tender file by him, we draw up the necessary agreements and undertake the representation before Administrative Courts.
