Specific investments, which meet the terms and conditions provided on a case-by-case basis, if made, establish the right of a third-country citizen to request the granting of a residence permit in Greece (Golden Visa program). On the other side, the investor, weighing the risks he is willing to take, but also the amount of capital he wishes to invest, has the freedom to choose between several investments.
